1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 skyphp is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR-aligned compliance standards. Before processing any withdrawal, skyphp will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.2 Currency. All transactions on skyphp are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion is applied to peso-denominated deposits or withdrawals.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 All games available on skyphp are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the game rules shall prevail for matters pertaining directly to gameplay outcomes.

7.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or disconnection during a game round, skyphp reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund any wager placed. Winnings generated during a verified malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.

9. Responsible Gaming
